Mehmet ARSLAN, born in 1965 in Bayburt, graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Civil Engineering in 1986. In 1991, he completed his Master’s Degree in the Department of Civil Engineering at Gazi University Institute of Science, earning the title of Civil Engineer (M.Sc.).

Between 1986 and 1993, he worked at Etibank Construction Department as a Control Engineer and Chief Control Engineer in various projects.

Since 1993, he has been working independently. From 1993 to the present, he has undertaken projects in Environmental Landscaping, Infrastructure, Residential Construction, Earthquake Repairs and Reinforcement Construction, and Restoration. He is currently serving as a company partner and company manager.
